Founder / CEO
Easton brings a unique and deeply rooted perspective to Praesidium, drawing from years of experience as both a law enforcement officer and critical care paramedic. Having served in a multitude of emergency situations, Easton understands the challenges and demands faced by first responders. This background fuels a passion for providing high-quality products and services that truly meet the demands of those who serve their communities. With a strong commitment to integrity, perseverance, and continued education, Easton strives to make a difference by offering solutions that are not only reliable but are built on a genuine understanding of what it means to serve and protect.
Nick Wleklinski, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Nick Wleklinski serves as the Medical Director for Praesidium Medical Co., providing clinical oversight to ensure that all educational curricula, operational protocols, and medical gear adhere to the highest standards of evidence-based prehospital care. He is double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), completing his medical education and fellowship training at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his emergency medicine residency at Northwestern University.
In addition to his emergency department practice, Dr. Wleklinski serves as an EMS Medical Director for municipal and rural agencies across south-central Wisconsin. His clinical focus centers on provider education, advanced airway management, and protocol innovation designed to empower frontline responders with the knowledge and confidence to perform in critical moments.

The Latin-based word “Praesidium” embodies the meaning of protection and guardianship.
